Weicon Plastic Steel Weidling C 0.5kg, IMPA 812903 is a liquid, high-temperature grade plastic metal designed for demanding industrial applications. This grade is non-corroding, anti-magnetic and cures with almost zero shrinkage.
Manufactured from aluminium-filled epoxy resin, Weicon Plastic Metal Weidling C is grey in colour and can be applied in layers up to 60mm thick.
Typical applications for this grade of plastic metal include:
- Pouring our moulds (e.g. vacuum and foam moulds).
- The manufacture or repair of fixing devices and tools which are exposed to high temperatures.
Weicon Plastic Metal Weidling C is available in two sizes from Associated Gaskets; 0.5kg or 2kg kits. These kits have been manufactured so that they contain the exact proportions of hardener and resin needed for a successful cure which makes use as simple as combining, mixing thoroughly and applying.
