Industries Safety Nigeria wants you to be thrilled with your newly purchased products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order and you need to return an item(s), we are here to help you.
Safetynigeria.com is made to make you happy by delivering goods and services to our customers and we back that up with our return policies. If you are not pleased with our product or your purchase from safetynigeria.com, just contact us within 14 calendar days and we will give you a refund or replacement
However, the product(s) to be returned must meet the following requirements
- Only purchases made directly from safetynigeria.com qualify for the 14 days return policy
- You must show evidence of purchase
- The product must be in perfect condition
- The product packaging must be intact
- Product items with tags must be intact.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in your name (original Payment Method). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost(s) for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refunds.
