 Application & Dosage

• Feeding Method: Should be fed continuously to ensure proper boiler protection. It can be applied neat or diluted with soft water or cooled condensate.

• Dosage: The required dosage depends on various operational factors such as feed-water quality, boiler design, and steam rate. Typically, dosing at 0.25 liters per ton of boiler capacity will increase the phosphate reserve by approximately 10 mg/l.

• Dosing Equipment: Best applied using an individual chemical dosing unit.

• Precautions: Do not mix with oxygen scavengers or condensate system corrosion inhibitors in concentrated form.
