Applications

Ideal for use in various closed recirculation systems, including:

• Diesel engine cooling systems

• Compressor cooling systems

• Centralized hot water heating systems

• Auxiliary machinery cooling systems

Usage Instructions

• Initial Dosage: Add 60 litres of Cooltreat AL per 1,000 litres of untreated distilled water (6% concentration).

• Maintenance Dosage: Regularly test and maintain inhibitor levels using the Spectrapak Test Kit.

• Make-Up Water: Use distilled water to minimize chloride levels; maintain pH between 7.0 and 9.0.

System Preparation

• New Systems: Clean with Unitor Commissioning Cleaner before applying Cooltreat AL.

• Contaminated Systems: Degrease with Unitor Seaclean Plus, followed by descaling with Unitor Descalex.

• Previous Treatments: Drain and flush the system before refilling with distilled water and Cooltreat AL.
