Clemco specializes in portable pressure blast equipment used by contractors, facility owners, and shipyards for cleaning, corrosion control, and surface preparation. The Clemco product line includes standard blast machines ranging in size from 0.5 cuft to 160 cuft, blast nozzles, couplings, hose, blast respirators, operator safety and comfort systems, and specialty blast tools.
ZERO specializes in hand cabinets and engineered semi-automated and fully-automated blast cabinets used by manufacturers, foundries, machine shops, automotive shops, and plant maintenance shops for cleaning, peening, deburring, deflashing, etching, and finishing.
Aerolyte Systems pioneered the technology to use plastic media for dry stripping military aircraft in the early 1980s. In addition to plastic media, the technology has advanced to employ a wide range of lightweight media for cleaning, stripping, and deflashing with media such as corn starch, wheat starch, and sodium bicarbonate. The Aerolyte product line ranges from small portable blast machines, to manual and automated cabinets, to preassembled and custom engineered full-aircraft blast facilities –all used with non-aggressive media.
Clemco's Industrial Blast Facility product line features equipment and accessories for contained blasting. The product line includes blast room enclosures, abrasive recovery systems, and dust collection systems. Blast machine screens and covers help keep contaminants from entering the blast machine. Recessed screens keep out particles larger than 1/4-inch diameter. Steel covers fit on top of the blast machine (with or without the recessed screen in place) to keep out rain. Moisture interferes with most blast media and cause blockages in the blast machine valves and plumbing.

Clemco Supa blast hose is standard equipment on all Contractor Series Blast Machines. Supa hose is lighter and more flexible than 2-braid or 4-ply blast hose of the same ID. It can be used with all common blast media. Supa hose achieves its lightness and flexibility from its slightly thinner outer casing. The inner tube is made from SBR rubber.
