 Application & Dosage Guidelines

• Dosing Method: Should be injected continuously using an automatic dosing unit.

• Typical Dosage: Approximately 10 ml per ton of steam

• pH Control: Maintain condensate pH between 8.5 and 9.2.

• Sampling & Testing: Draw a representative sample of condensate daily, cool, and test immediately using the appropriate test kit.

• Hazard Classification: C-9 (Marine Pollutant)

• Materials Compatibility: Compatible with stainless steel, polyethylene, polypropylene, and Teflon.

• Not Compatible With: Aluminium, copper, brass, fiberglass, galvanized steel (zinc), Viton, and Hypalon.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from incompatible materials.

• Handling: Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
