The CMC Rescue Low-Angle Litter Harness (SKU: CMC-724123) offers a fast, secure, and stable solution for low-angle rescue operations. Easier and quicker to use than tying a harness from webbing, this pre-constructed harness attaches externally to the litter, improving stability compared to direct carabiner connections to the railing.

Constructed with CMC’s 1.75" (44 mm) flat webbing rated at 44.5 kN (10,000 lbf), it includes three straps for reliable attachment. Two outer straps connect just below the side railing to the litter’s crossbar, while the center strap wraps around the head section’s horizontal tubing and serves as an adjustable backup to the others.

Compatible with most standard rescue litters, this harness includes a nylon storage bag for easy transport and storage. Carabiners are not included.
