Unlike stacked discs, this wheel’s wave-like pleats conform smoothly to part contours while avoiding gaps that can cause lines or inconsistent finishes. This makes it an excellent choice for light deburring, surface blending, and finishing on intricate or contoured surfaces like faucet fixtures and builder's hardware.

Available in fine (FIN) and very fine (VFN) grades, the Scotch-Brite™ Satin Pleated Buff Wheel is made with 3M’s proprietary open-web construction, which resists loading and extends product life by continuously exposing fresh abrasive.
