DSF-5000® is a technically advanced synthetic grease specifically formulated for use in environments where constant operating temperatures reach 1500°F (815°C), and can intermittently withstand temperatures up to 1690°F (921°C). Unlike conventional greases that use clay-based thickeners, DSF-5000® will not carbonize, bake out, or melt, ensuring performance and protection under the harshest thermal conditions.
This NLGI Grade 1.5/2 grease is diester-based and designed for slow-speed, high-temp bearing and valve applications, particularly in foundries, ovens, kilns, robotics, damper controllers, and conveyors. It provides long-term lubrication and drastically reduces mechanical failures and unplanned downtime in high-temperature greasing environments.
