 Application & Dosage Guidelines

• Dosing Method: Recommended for continuous dosing into the boiler feed line using an automatic dosing unit.

• Target Residual DEHA in Condensate: Maintain between 0.08–0.30 ppm.

• Adjustment Protocol:

  • If DEHA < 0.08 ppm: Increase dose by 25%.

  • If DEHA > 0.30 ppm: Decrease dose by 25%.

• Sampling & Testing: Draw a representative condensate sample daily, cool, and test immediately using the WSS test kit.
