The Orientflex Rotary Vibrator/Drilling Hose is engineered for superior durability in extreme oilfield environments. This high-performance hose is ideal for flexible connections between standpipe and swivel (rotary drilling), or between pump and standpipe (rotary vibrator). It’s built to handle high pressures, abrasive materials, elevated temperatures, and negative pressure pulses—making it suitable for demanding directional drilling and offshore operations.
This hose also serves as a Motion Compensator hose, stabilizing drilling and pumping equipment against vertical wave action on offshore platforms (not recommended for phosphate ester fluids).
Construction Details:

Tube: Modified nitrile (3/16” thick, black), optimized for abrasive, corrosive, and oily drilling muds.

Reinforcement: Multiple layers of textile fabric and steel cable with interlayer rubber.

Cover: Ultra-abrasion-resistant modified nitrile (black), designed to resist oil, corrosion, gouging, weather, and cutting.

Couplings: Swaged couplings available in hammer unions, flanges, camlocks, male thread, and more.

Temperature Range: -4℉ to +180℉ (-20℃ to +82℃) continuous service.

Certifications: API Spec 7K, ISO 14693, ABS approved
